Industry focus
PEFCR for Furniture and home goods brands.
The EU Digital Product Passport reaches furniture and home goods in 2028. That gives brands selling upholstered, wood, and composite furniture into the EU roughly two years to stand up a PEFCR-compliant environmental footprint per SKU.
ClimatePoint handles the environmental data part of that passport end-to-end. We map your BoM to the LCI activities for timber, composites, adhesives, textiles, metal hardware, and transport, push primary data requests to the suppliers that matter, and pedigree-score the rest against EF 3.1 reference data. The same engine produces ISO 14040/44 and ISO 14067 reports on the same data.
Every report is reviewable and signable by an independent third-party auditor working inside the platform. When you hand the environmental data to your DPP issuer, you hand them a record, not a claim.
The next step
Bring one of your furniture and home goods products. We will walk through the BoM, identify the primary data that will move the footprint, and give you an honest estimate of what shipping a full audit-ready PEFCR for it would actually take.
